About the Project

Located directly beside the 3 Arena, this building has a unitized, glazed façade outside of which sits a distinctive, blue painted, steel ‘Exoskeleton’ which celebrates the maritime tradition of the adjoining port. It comprises of 16,925m² of commercial office space with bicycle / car parking and shower / changing facilities at the basement levels and extensive hard landscaping to the surrounding Point Square at street level, along with a stand-alone, fully glazed Café / Restaurant unit.
