About the Project

City Block 3 is a residential development in the Dublin Docklands, being delivered for Kennedy Wilson. The development consists of 490 residential units being delivered with a basement containing 110 car parking spaces and 871 bike parking spaces, tenant amenities for the development, and a creche located in a client-owned building adjacent to the development. The development is currently being taken through the planning process to increase the number of units from 450 to 490.
