About the Project

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) operates right across the electricity market: from generation, through transmission and distribution to supply. Their requirement was for a new sustainable head office building. This new 45,000 sqm development delivered a Near Zero Energy (NZE) building. The project involved the demolition of the existing buildings, the retention and refurbishment of several protected Georgian structures and the construction of a new seven-storey office block.
