About the Project

This development will deliver 1,200m2 of office space in a key location with strong links to NUI Maynooth. The development will consist of 51 hot desks which will be arranged in an open-plan office space as well as 10 business offices for start-ups in the hub. The development also includes a café, kitchenettes, meeting spaces, community rooms, conferencing facilities, and boardrooms, which all users can avail of. The MERITS building is located adjacent to Áras Cill Dara and will provide 91 parking spaces, 6 electric charging points, bicycle parking, and motorbike parking. Ethos is also set to be involved in the subsequent fit-out of the development upon delivery of the base build.
